For most home requirements an inkjet printer works well; but with a plethora of options out there, how do you go about choosing the best inkjet printer for your home? Before going into specific brand and model recommendations, go through the following checklist to help narrow down your choices:

• What do you need a printer for? Is it for printing letters, bills, receipts and so on? Do you also want to be able to print photographs, greeting cards and help create children’s projects?
• So will you need a color printer or will a black and white printer suffice?
